Barbie Art

I struck gold. Barbie Art! Our favorite plastic leading lady is replicating pieces of art including Mona Lisa, Statue of Liberty and Vogue! Jocelyne Grivaud, a French Artist is behind these brilliant creations using Barbie as her muse. On Grivaud's website, she says, "Barbie is often criticized as too blond, too superficial, too skinny, too 'perfect' marketing, too this, too that. It is precisely this profile so famous that I wanted to apply to other iconic images." Barbie is perfect enough to shine more light on rather than those hideous Bratz dolls. Check out Jocelyne works of art.
